The comments box wont show up.

I know I am asking a lot and now I have one more problem. The comments box has disappeared. Now me and my members can not enter any comments as the comment box just disappeared. How do I set the comments box back? Here is the link to see what I mean.

Just scroll down and you can see that the comment box is missing.
