Uppgrading to PHP 7.1

Hello,

Recently I had a problem accessing my photo gallery and emailed my provider about it. My provider informed my that they had upgraded to PHP 7.1 but switched back to 5.6 for me. Temporarily! How do I install 7.1? I use now Coppermine version 1.5.46.
