can someone just quickly point me to where i can set the maximum file size upload to as much as i can on coppermine

im just trying to upload 3.4 MB

And with the HTML5 upload method there is a plugin setting for upload size that works in concert with the above.

i have the settings rite, ive contacted my host and they havent replied
