Impossible to download due to the update at 1.5.46

After updating 1.5.20 to 1.5.46, when uploading photos, I get the following error message:
"A valid form tag could not be found."
Does anyone know the problem?

Did you remember to run update.php

Yes of course I did the upgrade.php.

Make sure that both your server and the local machine have date and time set appropriately.
