How to import a list of users?

Following an installation of the new version of coppermine 1.6.05,
I would like to know if it is possible to import the list of users that I have in version 1.5.46, in the new version 1.6.05?
This would not require users to re-register.

Why did you not just upgrade your 1.5.46 version to 1.6.05?
