Seo URLs Wanted

We are run a copermine version 1.6.06 on a PHP 5.6 Linux Apache Server with the sef_urls v1.4 plugin.

Wer are searching someone who can create a seo url plugin or modify the existing one

To get the following url picture, album and categorie structure:

Categorie URL:
domain.com/installfolder/categoriename.html

Album URL:
domain.com/installfolder/albumname.html

Picture URL:
domain.com/installfolder/picturetitle.html
if not picture title exist
domain.com/installfolder/filename.html


I am able to pay $100 dollar via pay pal for it.
Some references would be great.

I forget  to mention i need it on english and german speaking sites.
And it should be run 5.6 and higher.
