Archive gallery?

Hello, is there a way to archive my gallery? Meaning I want the gallery and images to be visible to everyone, but I do not want anyone to upload anything new to the gallery. If there is a way to prevent user logins as well, that would be great. Is this possible? Thank you.

Can't you use the permissions for groups? Set 'Public albums upload' 'Allowed' to 'no'?
