Hi, I hope someone can help us, I have been trying all day to sort out the gallery, but for some reason when we try to use the 'Batch Add Files' function to add a file that we uploaded via FTP it won't allow us to add it, it keeps saying the page can't be found, I can't figure out what the problem is. Can anyone help us please?
