Coppermine ??? About Register Users

I am wondering is there anyway to make a Users Sign up to my coppermine gallery because I don't see one just log in or does the admin have to make them if I am really new to this but I like this it's a cool gallery well thanks in advance hopfully you guys understand this

There is a setting in config under User settings - Allow new user registrations
