Error upgrading

I uploaded all upgraded files as stated in the install instructions. When i try running the update.php , i get the following:

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required 'include/database/mysqli/dbase.inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-5.5.22-amd64/lib/php') in /hermes/bosnacweb05/bosnacweb05ae/b1547/ipg.robertj90145/joesworld/collection/include/init.inc.php on line 167

Any suggestions or is my site toast?

Were you previously running CPG 1.5.x and you are trying to upgrade to CPG 1.6.x?

I uploaded and ran the file cpg_installer_stub.php and placed it where mycoppermine is installed. Namely www.joesworld.net/collection   
When i ran it, "not found" appeared top left of screen

After upgrade,one thing i noticed in the Admin panel under "News from coppermine-gallery.net" i see "2016-05-24: tbc".  Normal?
