How can I delete the link to original size photo and the photo

I have one questions:

I don´t want that users are able to open the original size foto by clicking on the intermediate foto. How can delete the link?

I also want to save disk space. So it is possible to delete the original foto by creating the fotos for the albums?

Please help me! I have to solve this questions until Sunday evening and I´m not good in php.

No php needed.

Just click on 'admin tools' in the admin menu, and then choose 'Delete original size photos'.

Coppermine does exactly that, and uses the intermediate as the full size, so no pop-ups, and space saved on server.

So relax now till Sunday evening

What exactly do you mean by 'nothing happens'.  Do you get an error, or a page telling you that it has done so and so.
Or does absolutely nothing happen when you click on the radio button to select 'delete original size pics', and then click 'submit'.

Have you tried doing 1 album at a time?

When I click on the button the same site (admin tools) is reloading but nothing in happens in the albums and I not get any message. This is by all options so, not only by this one option.

Could it be that my admin tools are false installed or so. But I have installed Coppermine, how the documentation says.

Mine worked on 1.2 but now it says "Select Album" but I see no drop down box.

there has been a bug in util.php that came with cpg1.3.0, try replacing the file with one from the current stable cvs branch, or even better: upgrade to cpg1.3.1, which fixes some other bugs as well.

did the upgrade, now I get a database error

enable debug_mode in coppermine config (at the very bottom of the page) to see more dtails what query actually failed. If you can't go to coppermine config, use a tool like phpMyAdmin to directly enable debug_mode on your database: browse to the table yourCopperminePrefix_config and search for "debug_mode". Change the value to "1". Go back to your coppermine install and post the additional error message you get (what query did actually fail). It might be helpfull to post a link to your gallery as well.

Thanks so much, when I enabled debug I found that I had forgotten to change my database name. sorry if I hijacked your post bugs, I maybe this will fix your problems also.
