Those error was come out after I finish installed coppermine. What was wrong?

If this is a new install, try uploading a new copy of the lang/english.php, as it may have been corrupted.
Does it work in another language.  Try typing the url to your galley with this at the end '?lang=german'.

Does that work?
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
