I am trying to install CPG 1.6.1 on a Rocky Linux 9.1 server.  The installation gets to step 5 and then just hangs.  No success or fail reported.

In step 4, it detects the presence of GD2 and is okay with it.

I thought maybe SELinux was a possible source of the problem, so I set it to Permissive for now.  Step 5 still hangs.

Where do I begin troubleshooting this problem?

Ahem, I meant to say that I am trying to install version 1.6.21 (current).  I accidentally typed 1.6.1.  :/
