Please provide piece for theme.php to adjust the bottom banner on albumview

Please provide piece for theme.php to adjust the bottom banner on albumview! I want to be able to customize this.

Ideally I'd love to have a container for all the thumbnails as a whole on thumbnail view (album view with all images inside album)
