Hello,

I want to update coppermine from 1.3.0 to 1.3.1 ...

I had follow instructions but i have an error message like :

"• • • ERROR • • •
The following errors were encountered and need to be corrected first:

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Could not create a mySQL connection, please check the SQL values in include/config.inc.php

MySQL error was : Access denied for user: 'lotcfr @localhost' (Using password: YES)"

But i have correctly config the file "include/config.inc.php" i hope ...

Plz answer and help me !!!

Thx

Joachim Müller

you were not meant to touch the file include/config.inc.php at all when upgrading from cpg1.3.0 to cpg1.3.1.
The instructions say to replace all cpg1.3.0 files on the webserver with cpg1.3.1 files, but to leave the file include/config.inc.php alone. If you have broken your confi file, create a new one. Take a look at the sample file that comes with the coppermine package to get an idea how the config file has to look like. For details, post a link to your site.

I don't quite understand. Does this mean your issue is solved? If it isn't solved, post a link to your site.

P.S. no need to format your posting in fancy colors - only use formating if necessary
P.P.S. Support for "Coppermine for CMS" (aka cpgNuke) can be obtained here: http://www.nukephotogallery.com/
