change DB IP storage fields to accommodate IPv6 addresses
remove use of E_STRICT (PHP 8.4 deprecated)

you'll have to edit your them and remove all the "http" references. you shouldn't have to worry about the install script. it's possible though...but I don't think no one has tried yet.
