urgent please. strange error.

hello.
i have a few problems with version 1.3
first of all when people upload foto, program writes that everything is ok, upload was succesful, but nobody can see his foto. I checked and uploaded fotos are in users pics directory, but nobody can see them.
second thing is - something wrong with photos preview. try go to the website www.mbg.visiems.lt and press on any photo. you'll see that it is not displayed:(
what can you suggest for me?

by the way, is it posiible to upgrade my cpg1.3 photoalbum to cpg1.4.x ?

Thanks, I know that link, but it doesn't help. 

And what about upgrading from cpg 1.3 to 1.4.x ? is it possible?  :'(

If only you as admin can see pics after they have been uploaded and registered users can't ... then you usually set in group manager the 'Public albums upload' and the 'Personal gallery' to 'Approval' = yes 
Means you need to review and approve the uploaded pics. After upload users see a 'Your file was uploaded successfully. It will be visible after admin approval'
