Problem beim Bilderupload/Problem with uploading pictures

Jedes Mal wenn ich Bilder hochladen will kommt erst "Bild erfolgreich hochgeladen" und wenn ich dann auf "weiter" klicke kommt diese Meldung:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 6400 bytes) in /srv/www/htdocs/web154/html/cpg1.3.1/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 200
Ich hatte diese Fehlermeldung auch schon bei einem anderen Tool (4images)
Was muss ich tun?

Everytime I want to upload an Image there is the Message "Image has been uploaded succesfully" but when I click on "Next" there is this errormessage:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted at (null):0 (tried to allocate 6400 bytes) in /srv/www/htdocs/web154/html/cpg1.3.1/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 200
I also had this Problem with another tool (4images)
What do I need to do?

This is something that coppermine (or 4images) can do anything about.
