CPG 1.3.1 + PHPKIT 1.6.03 (CMS)

Hi

i was searchin' for an CPG integration into PHPKIT, but i couldn't find anything...now i want to ask for some help

is it possible to equalize the userdatas, usergroups, cookies etc. tables between CPG & PHPKIT?

I think this has been requested before. Basically, you integrate any piece of software that has user authentification and user management with coppermine by providing a bridge file that "tells" coppermine what groups and user tables exist in your third-party app and what database fields are being used for which purpose. If you're a coder, you could look into the bridge files that currently exist and come up with a modified version that works for your app (a bridge file for phpkit). Please understand that there's a multitude of applications out there that offers user management (all sorts of CMS and bbs apps for example), all of them having a user community requesting integration with coppermine. We (the coppermine dev team) can not provide bridge files for each and every application, in fact we only provide those that we actually use on our pages. We rely on user contributions from other application's communities to come up with bridge files for their app.
The bottom line of this is: if you need integration between coppermine and phpkit, you will have to code a bridge file or ask someone from the phpkit community to code it for you.

thx for the answer...but i'm not a coder and don't know how do make a bridge....i've download the cpg1.3.1_bridge_IPB2.zip but i don't understand anything...=)

i will ask in the PHPKIT Support Forum if someone may do this
