Question: I am new to the list.........Is it possible to turn off the outside user and vote option without eliminating the administrator log in ? I submitted my site for review for an award and I was disqualified for having a chat source on my site ? I disagree that voting for a picture is a chat source, but I am not the judge.........Thanks TS Graves
