I have a problem with the Picture Editor

When i try to modify a picture from the Picture Editor i get this warnings:

What should i do ??

I searched this board for "Call-time pass-by-reference has been deprecated" and there have been some hits, e.g. http://coppermine-gallery.com/forum/index.php?topic=6903.0
Please do this search as well (use "advanced search") and look into the answers.
