What is this message that keeps appearing?

Dear,

Can anyone tell me what this means, all was working fine now when i go to upload this appears

Then when i try to upload i get this: -

Make sure you have a folder named 'edit' in your albums folder, and chmod to 777/755. Also make sure you are running 1.3.2
