Fatal Error-instiallation

Hello-
I got the message window that the installation completed, I clicked on 'Login' and i'm getting the following error:

Warning: main(themes/default/theme.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/adamrend/public_html/include/init.inc.php on line 228

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'themes/default/theme.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/adamrend/public_html/include/init.inc.php on line 228

Can you pelase help me with this?

It's telling you that your default theme files are missing. Is the default theme in the themes directory, and does it have all of its components?
