Hello ! I have problem with my images, they look a bit "graphic " to me.Not like ordinary JPEGS.
I am a professional photographer so im very interested in the perfect quality.
Ive tried with different pictures , but I have problem with seeing detils, it looks a bit like an gif or something.

Anyone know what ive done wrong?

Regards Joakim

A link would help.
Are you talking about the thumbs, the intermediate, or the full size images?
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here

I have the similar problem, please look at: www.richardstehlik.com on the thumbnails.
how can i get better quality of the thumbs? (in admin i set up 100% jpeg quality, but the result is the same)
thanks a lot, regards --endroo

Are you using GD1 ? If so switch to GD2 or IM if you have them and rebuild the thumbs.

yes i'm using GD2.
maybe that i should rebuild the thumbnails, how do i do that?

The thumbs are actually good quality.  But you created them at 50px wide, and are displaying them at 80px wide.

You should change both settings for thumbnails in config to 80px, then use the admin tools to build new thumbnails.

Nah, Casper's answer is better.
