As I already posted at the "old" board...

I would like to have something like a password forgotten function...
So the user will get an email with his login-name and password...

Just had it in mind, due to the emails we get every day from users who forgot their password  

And evertime look into the database is a little time consuming...

I see this is an OLD topic, but I ran into this problem today two-fold... I forgot my own admin login (it's been a bad day all around) and then I had someone message me that they forgot their own password. Which normally I'd just go in, reset it and send it back to them, but having forgotten my own... um, I basically flailed about and contacted my webhost about any "reset" feature.

So yes, a lot of software will have a 'resend password' or even a reset password feature and I hope another version of Coppermine has this soon!  For all us flailers.
