Batch add pictures doesn't work in version 1.3.2

When I click on Batch add files I only get this:

Select directory
This function allows you to add a batch of file that your have uploaded to your server by FTP.

Select the directory where you have uploaded your files

No directories, nothing.

What do I need to do to fix?

Looks like you have been uploading into folders under /userpics. You are not supposed to do this. You need to make your folders directly under /albums. /userpics will not display on that screen as it is reserved for coppermine's own use.
