I have the program installed and working, but for the life of me I do not know why user comments
can not be added to any forum I created. The same applies to the ratings system. What am I
missing in the setup procedure?

have you checked the settings in 'groups'.
It has been a long time now since I did my little bit here, and have done no coding or any other such stuff since. I'm back to being a noob here
