Upload images larger than 66 kb

I installed cpgnuke 1.3 and transfered the database and old pictures. Everything works fine.

Now to the problem. I can upload a picture that is 66 kb without problem. When it comes to a file that is 94 kb it doesnt work. I get a:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, support@b-one.net and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log."

I also noticed that the pictures uploads to the catalog userpics, not userpics/10022 that it's supposed to.

I was talking to the support at b-one, but they couldn't help me. They don't even have the error log available for users.

Anyone got any idea?
