Instructions to Set Up cpg 1.3.5!!

I've just recently discovered Coopermine Galleries. I downloaded cpg 1.3.5 and I've extracted the files etc. But there is no HTML, or anything like that (which I'm used to). Do they include FTP or something? Please give me some easy instructions as I'm new to this type of thing.
