accidentally dropped database while upgrading

how coul'd i re-insert the albums and pictures in the gallery database if i accidentally dropped it ?!
files are online, users are on the forum board, i though about creating the albums one by one and inserting the pictures but it's not ok with more than 200 pics 

is it possible to move the album directories to ftp and insert them automatically *?

you'd be restoring your backup if you accidentally deleted stuff. What's the actual question?

search the boards for timer.php, it can help you in recreating cats/albs/and pics if they are in a directory structure resembling the structure you would like to see in coppermine.
