Issues Uploading

I installed everything fine for the Coppermine Gallery 1.4.2 and I had successful 40 pics uploaded however when I try to upload now, it gives me an error. The image doesn't show up as a preview and it doesn't truly upload since I can't find it in the selected gallery. The funny thing is that right after the "upload" it says its successful however it doesn't show afterwards. Anyone know how to fix this? Appreciate the help, thanks.
