Try to install

I am running CPG 1.4.3 with no Additions, Hacks, Mods. I downloaded and installed it. No changes made.

Now I downloaded paypal_1[1].4x.zip written by Madeinhawaii/Dennis. After installing (no changes made) I get the following error:

Parse error: parse error, expecting `')'' in /mnt/ja1/08/908/00000011/htdocs/photoarchive143/themes/classic/theme.php on line 34

Line 34 says:
$chars = str_replace(array('&', '"', '<', '>', ' ', '''), array('&', '"', '<', '>', ' ', "'"), $CONFIG['forbiden_fname_char']);

Can please somebody help? Where is PHP expecting the ')' - and why?
