I can upload audio and video files, but when I go to view them in the gallery, the play controls are not available, just the volume slider,

Hi there,

It works fine for me in IE and FireFox, maybe a problem with your browser.  I see the movie, controls and slider ok.

I still have the exact same problem in Internet Explorer... could it be a Mac problem? My friend can't pull them up either, and we both have Macs.

I have a document uploaded, and that downloads automatically, but I don't see how for the video nor audio file.
