Uploading .dwg files

I'm trying to use coppermine as a gallery for autocad drawings which are in .dwg format.  I do not need thumbnails, just more using coppermine to organize them all out on the web.  I keep getting the "forbidden file extension" error message.  I changed the config settings even to specifically allow .dwg and I still get this message.

Is there a mod/workaround that will fix this?

Any help will be greatly apprecaited :-)!
