-MySQL Database Name
-MySQL Username
-MySQL Password

That's like asking what's a common Yahoo mail login.

Ask your webhost.

lol no i mean like, I know what a username and password are but what is an example of a database name?

Either you or your webhost have to create the database. If you didn't do it, your webhost might have done it already. The database name could be anything. For those on shared hosting, it might be prepended with the account username. Why don't you ask your webhost for help? This is not a coppermine issue.
