Shrink Thumbs In HTML Size

Hi there. I was wondering if there was a way to make the thumbs when you are viewing an album to be the size of the bottom thumbnail as opposed to the top thumbnail. Not shrink the actualy picture, just in html. My gallery is www.slave4u.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
