upload - memory problem

Hello,

I followed all the normal steps and both the folder and album name are the same.
I can select the piccies, the album but when I get to the "Adding new files to the gallery" window I have the following message on each pic : click for details or to reload

Acutally I can't even upload a sinlge file using the upload function

When I do so, this error appears:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /home/www/f3ff4359d432f1aebefbf16f92438d4a/web/gallery/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 259

Any ideas ?
