I currently run Gallery on my site and have recently upgraded from 6.0 to 6.9. Gallery has complained for some reason and now I wish to change the albums to coppermine. I have it installed and would now like to create everyones albums and transfer the old pics over. But I cannot find out how as admin to create an album and change the owership over to a particular user :?:

Reason for changing to coppermine? ITs much nicer and smoother  :D

yakker....see my sig below: and then ask a question if you still cannot figure things out.
Read the Online DOCs, FAQ, and SEARCH the board BEFORE posting questions for help.

Hey Zarsky,

Thanks for replying. I had already searched the FAQ and forums but not read the DOCS   But alas I still cannot find out how. I tried changing the onwership ID of the pics with myphp but that didnt work either.

Is there a way to change the ownership of an album to another user so when the user clicks 'modify my albums' it comes up in there and not in mine?

I can see howto move albums to other cats or pics to other albums and all the user group permissions and stuff but this simple thing is evading me

I have this problem too.....

I have upgraded to v1.1 from 1.0, so user albums were not possible before. I want to move my user uploads into their own albums, but when i goto move them and drop the album list down, only my albums are in there and I can not see theirs, even tho I am admin.

Any ideas?
