Edited "Classic" theme, unable to show what I changed

I copied the "Classic" theme folder and renamed it.  I then replaced the site_logo.png in the images folder.  I also changed some colors in the CSS file.  When I upload this new theme to my site, and set the current theme, my page still shows the Classic theme, even though CONFIG shows my new theme name.

Is there another file I am suppose to change?
