Image Error

I posted this problem once and got no respone as to what to do so I thought I would try again. lol. I'm trying to bactch upload with ftp and its not working. Here is the first step;

When i go to 'Insert Selected Files' i get this screen;

I'm not sure what else to do If i upload one file at a time it works.

Sorry, forgot to post that.. heres what it says;

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image.

Did you set permissions as suggested in the docs? Does http upload work for you? Do as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs.
