Can Someone make me a Gallery Layout ..please!

Hi - I am new to this and I have no idea on how to make these kinds of things.

I have an idea on how i want it. I would like the layout to be kind of like this http://ultimate-rihanna.com/photoalbum/ Thank You to anyone who decides to let me. Mayb you have a premade layout similar to this. I would realli appreciate the help and I can make my own banner so that wouldnt be needed.
