Batch Upload Missing

I am not sure I am posting this in the right place, but I just upgraded to 1.4.8 and my theme does not have the link for batch uploads anymore. I can not find it anywhere and do not see a file in the directory that accomodates this. Did I miss something? What menu should it be on?

it should be on admin menu between "Sort my pictures" and "Admin Tools" ,
also check your theme.

If this doesn't solve your question, post a link to your page and zip up your custom theme and attach it to your posting (using "additional options" when composing your message).

I think I am missing something in the theme. I used the one in the upgrade documentation, but maybe I edited something out. I have attached the zipped files.

you dont have {ADMIN_MENU} before {GALLERY} under template.html
