I can't upload the pics!!!!

Hi, I have problems. When I upload the pics, appear a message like this "No picture was uploaded !

If you have really selected a picture to upload, check that the server allows file uploads... ".
I try it a lot of times but the problem is the same.
What can I do???Please, help me!!!!!!!

I guess this is a matter of filesize then. There are several configs that have to be taken into account: the max filesize you set in coppermine config, the one from php.ini and the one in apache.conf. If you're webhosted, you can only modify the coppermine config value; if you run your own server, you can modify the others as well.
Go for smaller files (reduce the files on your client before uploading).
If you need more details on filesize restrictions, search the board (keyword "file size" or "file upload" - try various spellings...) and take a look into the php and apache manuals.
