Need website maintenance with strong experience in Coppermine

We need someone to do 3 to 5 hours per month on our website.  Might also be required to tweak certain pages (add or re-design features).  Website has a message board, blog, Coppermine gallery and shopping cart. We need someone who knows WordPress, Coppermine, phpBB, osCommerce, HTML, PHP and mySQL. Our site is hosted on a Linux server with cPanel.

Coppermine and shopping cart know-how are critical.

OK, I've the sub-rules. 

We need someone pronto, on an on-going basis.  Able to pay $10 per hour, depending on complexity of the work done.  I'm not a tech-person, so can't give you many more specs than those above.  If anyone needs more info, please post asking what you need to know and I will get that from the person who created the site for us.
