Reporting Stolen Work.

I'm not sure this is going to help me much but I wanted to know where it is that you can report a site/member that has been using Coppermine to Host stolen Artwork from the net.

the site and the work that I'm refering to is this:

I have reg'ed with that site but there is no way to contact anyone on that site about the work. I personally know the person who did that peice and she is not pleased that her work is being used without her permission. Her original can be found here:
