Memorry error message but not when uploading.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4864 bytes) in /usr/users/k/krm4me/public_html/cpg1410/bridge/udb_base.inc.php on line 24

I get this error when I tried to go to the photo gallery. Here is the link.
