just moved host now problem

I have just changed host and have recieved this when I go to the site

Most of the site is html and coppermine is in a database.

What is wrong?

Looks like you haven't uploaded it properly. Virtually all the files are missing in fact.

ake it you have no problems viewing then. I can re upload the files but I currently can't view the site as i can't seem to connect to the server from this pc.
