XP Publish problem

I try to use the xp_publish but it isn't working:
The error log say the following.

Error: You don't have permission to perform this operation.(File: : /customers/domain/httpd.www/photo/xp_publish.php / Line: : 703)

Line 703 says:

if (!USER_ID || !USER_CAN_UPLOAD_PICTURES) simple_die(ERROR, $lang_errors['perm_denied'], __FILE__, __LINE__);

It's only available for use by admins and users with personal galleries.

Oke but i'm the admin. Where can I say that i'm a admin?

Nowhere - missing feature if you want to put it that way. You (as admin) should use FTP upload plus batch-add.
