I can't upload 3gp

I have added the 3gp in the configration but still i cannot upload it. It gives error in file type.
also i have installed the filetype_editor plugin but its still the same.
also i have added the 3gp type in the phpmyadmin manually but still the same.
:-\ I can upload the .WMA file type but the .3gp type i can't.

HELP PLEASE.

Try the filetypes plugin to manage filetypes. You'll have to run a query against the filetypes table to make coppermine accept 3gp files (or any other filetype that coppermine doesn't "know" out of the box).
