resizing question

I recently installed a coppermine gallery on my website.

My question is, it resized some of the photos displayed on it, to where you click it opens up a smaller window and a larger photo, some of them do not do that though.

Can anyone tell me why that it only resized some and not all of the photos?

Only files larger than the 'Max width or height of an intermediate picture/video' setting in config will be resized.
